RES Americas has a proven, experienced and successful construction business.

RES Americas has the expertise and resources necessary to control and manage key aspects of wind and solar project construction.  The engineering, costing, project management, safety and environmental management, procurement and subcontracting processes are all performed in-house, with vendors and subcontractors handling the turbine and tower manufacturing, geotechnical investigations, equipment and materials supply, and site preparation (roads, foundations, cabling, erection, substation and overhead line installation services).

Construction permitting, including environmental and building permits are procured by the construction team.  These permits are procured as early as possible in the construction process so as to facilitate construction of the project on schedule. 

Our construction services can be procured independent of our development activities.
