Senior Vice President, Construction & Engineering
Mr. Fowler is the Senior Vice President of Construction and Engineering of Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc.
Mr. Fowler began his career as an engineer with RES' parent company, Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd, in 1989 and was Construction Manager during the design and construction of the Boulevard Industry Park in Liverpool and the Rochdale Retail Developments in teh UK between 1996 and 1998.
Joining RES Americas in 1998, he has held several positions in the company ranging from Site Manager to Project and Construction Manager. He was the Site Manager for the construction of Cmeron Ridge (56MW) and Pacific Crest (45MW) Wind Projects in Tehachapi, CA and Project Manager for the Llano Estacado Wind Ranch (0.6MW) in Clovis, NM.
In 2001 he became the Contracts Manager responsible for managing the construction of all RES Americas' wind projects in teh US. In 2004 he became the Vice President of Construction and in 2008 he became the Senior Vice President of Construction and Engineering.
He holds a BEng (Hons.) in Civil Engineering, Salford University.
