Susan Reilly | President and Chief Executive Officer Susan Reilly has been in the renewable energy industry for over sixteen years. She has been Deputy CEO of RES Group and a member of the RES Holdings Board since January 2010 and is CEO of RES Americas and President of RES Canada. Before joining RES Group, she spent 13 years with Scottish Power/Iberdrola, holding a number of senior positions including Strategy Director, and had responsibility for the development of the Renewable Energy business in Scottish Power. She also spent some time as Executive VP of PacifiCorp Holdings, a US regulated energy business, and was Executive VP for Iberdrola Renewables USA. Prior to that her early career was in Principal Investment, within corporate, banking, and private equity environments in both the US and UK. Ms. Reilly holds a BA in Economics and Accountancy and qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. |

Andrew Fowler | Chief Operating Officer Mr. Fowler began his engineering career in 1989 when he joined RES' parent company, Sir Robert McAlpine Enterprises Ltd., serving as a Construction Manager on projects that ranged from commercial developments to wind and nuclear energy facilities in the UK. In 1998, Mr. Fowler moved to RES' North American subsidiary, RES Americas, as a Construction and Project Manager for wind projects in California and Texas. Mr. Fowler was named Senior Vice President of Construction and Engineering in 2008, and in 2010, became Executive Vice President responsible for managing Engineering, Construction, and Operations across North America, as well as the company's Health and Safety program. In 2011 Mr. Fowler was named Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Fowler has a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Salford University (UK). |

Paul Walker | Chief Financial Officer Mr. Walker joined RES Americas in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer. He joined the American team after working for RES Group where he was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Previously, Mr. Walker held various Director roles within RES Group, including the position of Finance Director for the Northern European and Asia Pacific businesses. Prior to joining RES Group, Mr. Walker worked at British Telecommunications for seven years. He established and ran the global acquisition integration team for finance and also ran the global cash management business which had a multi-billion dollar monthly activity level. Before his work at British Telecommunications, he worked for Telecommunications Australia (Telstra) and worked on the team which set up one of the largest joint ventures in the telecommunications business. Mr. Walker also worked for Cap Gemini and was a Management Consultant in South Africa. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a qualified accountant (Association of Chartered Management Accountants). |

Brian Evans | Executive Vice President, Development Mr. Evans joined RES' parent company, Sir Robert McAlpine Enterprises Ltd., in 1994 as a Project Manager and began working for RES Ltd. in 1996 in the UK. After serving as Project Manager for the construction of two wind farms in Ireland, he moved to the US in 1998 as Vice President (Construction) to set up RES Ltd's new North American subsidiary, RES Americas. In 2005, Mr. Evans was named Senior Vice President of Development for RES Americas and in January 2010, he was named Executive Vice President of Development, where he is responsible for the company's development activities, as well as securing new construction business across North America. Mr. Evans has more than twenty years experience in the construction industry. He served on the Board of the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) from 2002-2005. Mr. Evans holds a BA (Hons) and a MA in Engineering Science from Oxford University, an MBA from London Business School, Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK), and C Eng, Chartered Engineer (UK). |

Peter Clibbon | Vice President, Development - RES Canada Mr. Clibbon joined RES Canada in 2005. He is responsible for RES' development activities in Canada, where he leads a multi-disciplinary team with projects across the country. He recently led the closing of 198 MW of projects which have now entered into construction. Mr. Clibbon is responsible for developing a pipeline of over 2,000 MW of projects across Canada. Prior to joining RES Canada, he worked for seven years with the European development team of Vestas and NEG Micon. Mr. Clibbon has more than twelve years' experience in the renewable energy industry. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University, Montreal and a MSc in Renewable Energy from the University of Reading (UK). |

Marcia Emmons | General Counsel Ms. Emmons joined RES Americas as General Counsel and Secretary in 2006. Ms. Emmons also oversees the legal department for RES Canada. Prior to RES Americas, Ms. Emmons served as General Counsel, Vice President and Secretary for Citizens, Inc., a publicly traded international financial services and insurance company and as counsel to Sun Company, Inc. and its domestic and international affiliates. Ms. Emmons has over twenty years experience serving as corporate counsel, specializing in the energy industry and corporate law. She is admitted to practice in Texas, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and before the US Supreme Court. Ms. Emmons holds a J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law, as well as a B.A. from Texas A&M University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She was also a University Scholar at Trinity University. In 2010 Ms. Emmons completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program. |

Tom Hiester | Senior Vice President, Development -
US Mr. Hiester joined RES Americas in 2010, and he leads the
company's development efforts in the U.S. He began his career in
wind energy in 1978 in the US DOE wind energy program, and followed
with five years in wind energy development in California.
Subsequently, he joined an engineering and construction firm
developing thermal projects utilizing biomass and geothermal energy
sources, as well as natural gas. Mr. Hiester returned to wind
energy development in 2003 where has been a principal and leader
involved in developing or acquiring and completing the development
of over 1,000 MW of wind on behalf of non-utility and regulated
utility companies. |

Dr. Andrew Oliver | Senior Vice President, Technical and Commercial Analysis Dr. Oliver has been with RES for 14 years and manages a team of 20 individuals dedicated to all aspects of wind resource, technical and commercial analysis. To date he has been directly involved in the siting of over 2,500MW of operational wind plants in the US and Canada. In 2010 he was selected as the Conference Chair for WINDPOWER®, the wind industry's premier conference event, responsible for putting together the conference's technical program. He has also served on NREL's Wind Advisory Board and has authored, or co-authored a number of published papers related to wind energy. Dr. Oliver holds a Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a PhD in Wind Turbine Aerodynamics from City University, London. |

Jerry Vaninetti | Senior Vice President, Transmission Mr. Vaninetti joined RES Americas in 2010 after 11 years of experience in transmission development in the Western and Midwestern US. He is responsible for RES Americas' Transmission Development business unit as well transmission support for RES Americas' renewable energy projects, including commercial, technical, strategic, and public policy issues. He represents the company in two transmission advocacy organizations: WIRES and AWEA's Transmission Committee. Prior to joining RES Americas, Mr. Vaninetti was responsible for Western Transmission Development for NextEra, Trans-Elect, AES, and LS Power in varying contract and employment capacities. He was a member of the senior management team and partner in Trans-Elect, the nation's first independent transmission company. In recent years, he served as project manager for the Wyoming-Colorado Intertie and the High Plains Express transmission projects - both of which involved partnerships with utilities. Mr. Vaninetti holds a BSc and a MSc in geology from Washington State University and the University of Utah, respectively. |
