Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc. (RES Americas) is a fully-integrated renewable energy company that develops, constructs, owns, and operates projects across the United States (US), Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. RES Americas has constructed and/or has under construction more than 4,500 MW, which represents approximately 10% of the operating installed wind capacity in the US, and has over 12,500 MW in development.

RES Americas' corporate office is located in Broomfield, CO with regional offices located in Austin, TX; Portland, OR; and Minneapolis, MN. Our Montréal, Québec, Canada office is managed by its affiliate RES Canada.

About RES Canada:

Renewable Energy Systems Canada Inc. (RES Canada), a wholly owned subsidiary of Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc., was founded in 2003 and is based in Montréal, Québec. RES Canada is active with the development and construction services in most Canadian provinces. RES Canada is a member of the Saint Laurent Énergies consortium building out 954 MW of capacity in Quebec, and is also the developer, constructor and owner of 198 MW of wind farm projects in Ontario.

About RES Earth and Cable, LLC:

RES Earth and Cable, LLC, was created by RES Americas in July 2010, to enhance its construction portfolio.

RES Americas acquired the construction assets and workforce of Key Enterprises, Inc., a professional self performance contractor specializing in construction techniques associated with the construction of wind energy and utilities projects. RES Earth and Cable, LLC will be headquartered in Austin, Texas, with an office in Odessa/Midland, Texas. Majority of staff will work on various construction sites around the country.

While RES Americas will now have the potential for self performance, the company will continue to use subcontractors and partners on various projects across the country. RES Americas and RES Earth and Cable will continue their commitment to use local resources on a project whenever possible. In addition to working on certain RES Americas projects, RES Earth and Cable, LLC will provide construction services to third-party clients in the Utility and Wind Energy business sectors.
