Salary Range: Junior and Senior levels, based on experience

Description: Carry out site engineering and management tasks to support the project and client. Manage the subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet contractual requirements. MUST be willing to travel, living at worksite area for approximately 9 months per project (per diemsprovided), returning to office location between projects. Office location is flexible. Current projects located in Dayton, Washington and Ellensburg, Washington.

Responsibilities:

1. Client satisfaction, budget control, profitability, contract compliance, problem resolution, involved in managing the design and installation of the construction works.
2. Ability to procure, manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
3. Full technical and management authority for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating the construction process.
4. Responsible for the technical quality, accuracy, and standards adherence of engineering and design drafting for the project, by working with the engineering and technical groups ensuring work outputs comply with standards and meets contract requirements.
5. Familiarity with and ability to stay current regarding changing regulatory requirements.
6. Stay current with professional and industrial best practices.
7. Represents the company to meet contractual requirements.
8. Responsible to ensure SAFETY requirements are met.
9. Ensures Quality and Environmental procedures are maintained.
10. Understanding of contract terms and ability to recognize discrepancies
11. Must be able to work professionally with clients, vendors, employees, managers and supervisors.
12. Regular attendance is an essential requirement of the job.
13. Follow any other job-related duties/functions requested by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2-5 (Junior level) or 7-10 (Senior level) years of proven industrial experience includes the management of contractors to complete the civil portion of construction projects which include road works and heavy foundation work. Wind Farm OR Power, Utility, Energy background is preferred.
2. Needs expertise and the necessary skills to interface with the Client and will be instrumental in delivering on time, cost effective projects.
3. Minimum 5 years of Management experience.
4. ABILITY TO TRAVEL, living at worksite for approximately 9 months, returning to an office location between projects. Per diems provided.
5. Current and valid driver's license.
6. Skilled in MS Office and Outlook.

Education:

BS Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, P.E. qualification preferred
