Description: Locate new wind farm sites; determine the energy output of wind farm projects.

Responsibilities:

1.	Energy calculations using in-house wind flow modeling software.
2.	Wind farm layout design using AutoCAD.
3.	New site prospecting using GIS.
4.	Statistical analysis using MS Excel.
5.	Tool creation using VBA macros and/or .NET programming language.
6.	Technical support to the Development and Construction groups.
7.	Technical writing for internal and external clients.
8.	Travel to project sites under development.

Requirements:

1.	Strong Excel skills.
2.	GIS experience is preferred.
3.	AutoCAD experience is preferred.
4.	Visual Basic, C++ or C# programming is preferred.
5.	Detail oriented in all aspects of the position.
6.	Ability to learn independently.
7.	ABILITY TO TRAVEL on short notice.
8.	Must have current passport or be able to obtain a passport within 2 months of hire.
9.	Employees must be physically capable of operating a vehicle safely, possess an appropriate valid driver's license, possess personal insurance coverage, and have an acceptable driving record.
10.	Ensure safety requirements are met.
11.	Ability to work alone in an outdoor environment on remote locations.
12.	Must be able to work professionally with clients, vendors, employees, managers and supervisors.

Education:

B.S. degree in Engineering, or other technical 4 year discipline such as Math or Physics, New graduates encouraged to apply.
