MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC – Today, Renewable Energy Systems Canada Inc. (RES Canada), a leader in the development and construction of renewable energy projects in Canada, announced that it has entered into a Framework Agreement with REpower Systems AG (REpower), as part of the joint venture Saint-Laurent Énergies Inc., to purchase up to 477 turbines for delivery between 2011 and 2015 for five wind projects in Québec.

CALGARY, ALBERTA and MONTREAL, QUEBEC – (November 19, 2009) -- Enbridge Inc (TSX, NYSE: ENB) and Renewable Energy Systems Canada Inc. (RES Canada) an affiliate of RES Americas, announced today that they have entered into an agreement to develop a 99 megawatt (MW) wind energy project near Chatham, Ontario in which Enbridge will have a majority interest. The total investment in the project by both parties is approximately $285 million.  The Project will be structured as a limited partnership owned by Enbridge and RES Canada.

BROOMFIELD, CO –Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc. (RES Americas), a national leader in the development and construction of renewable energy projects, announced the substantial completion of the Wild Horse Expansion Wind Project on November 9, 2009.  The 44 megawatt (MW) project, in Kittitas County Washington, expands the existing Wild Horse Wind Facility from 229 MW to 273 MW through the addition of 22 Vestas V80 2.0 MW wind turbines.

San Francisco, CA, October 8, 2009 – Pattern Energy Group LP (Pattern) today announced the closing of financing and commencement of construction of its Hatchet Ridge wind project, the first large-scale wind project to begin construction this year in California. The 101.2-MW Hatchet Ridge project, developed by Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc. (RES Americas), will be located on a portion of Hatchet Mountain near the town of Burney in Shasta County, California.
