The second extension to the Nine Canyon wind farm will comprise 32.2MW and will bring the total installed capacity at the Nine Canyon site to almost 100MW when it is completed.

As with both previous phases, the extension is being built under an Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contract by RES for Energy Northwest and will achieve commercial operations in 2008.
