Wild Horse Expansion Wind Project is located near Ellensburg in Washington State. It was developed and is owned by Puget Sound Energy (PSE).

RES Americas constructed the site infrastructure, consisting of roadways, turbine foundations and the electrical collection system under a Balance Of Plant (BOP) contract.
